HuddleWatch
Terms of service
Last updated September 7, 2026
The short version. HuddleWatch helps you make better fantasy football decisions. It does not guarantee any of them. You keep control of your own team, we never make a move you did not confirm, and you can leave at any time.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and HuddleWatch, the operator of huddlewatch.com. Using the site, creating an account, or paying for a season means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use HuddleWatch.
2. Who can use HuddleWatch
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You must not be barred from using the service under applicable law. HuddleWatch is offered for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for keeping your password private, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. One person, one account. Do not share your sign-in with others or let anyone else use your access.
4. Connecting your fantasy platforms
HuddleWatch only works once you connect an account from a platform such as ESPN, Yahoo, or Sleeper. By connecting one, you authorize us to read your leagues on your behalf, and to send changes you explicitly confirm.
- We never make a lineup change, a waiver claim, or any other roster move unless you confirm it in HuddleWatch first.
- You remain responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you connect, and for anything that results from moves made through HuddleWatch.
- You may disconnect any platform at any time, which deletes the stored credential immediately.
- HuddleWatch is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, the NFL, or any of their affiliates. Their names are used only to say which service a feature works with.
5. What HuddleWatch is, and what it is not
HuddleWatch shows you information and suggestions built from projections, statistics, and scoring rules. Projections come from third parties and from our own calculations, and they are estimates. Estimates are wrong all the time.
HuddleWatch does not guarantee results of any kind. It does not promise wins, points, standings, or league placement. Every lineup decision, waiver claim, trade, and roster move you make is yours. Nothing on this site is financial, betting, or professional advice, and HuddleWatch does not accept wagers, hold funds, or pay out winnings of any kind.
6. Price and payment
New accounts get 30 days free. After that, HuddleWatch costs $4.99 for one season, which runs through the Super Bowl. It is a single payment, not a recurring subscription. Nothing renews automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy a following season.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices may change for future seasons, but never for a season you have already paid for.
Refunds are covered in our refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In short, you can have your money back in full for any reason within 14 days of paying.
7. Acceptable use
Do not do any of the following:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk extract data from HuddleWatch, or resell any part of it.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Interfere with the service, probe it for weaknesses, or work around rate limits and access controls.
- Use HuddleWatch to break the rules or terms of any fantasy platform.
- Use HuddleWatch for any unlawful purpose.
If you find a security problem, please tell us rather than exploiting it. We will take the report seriously.
8. Availability
HuddleWatch depends on services we do not control. Fantasy platforms change their systems, restrict access, or go down without warning, and when that happens parts of HuddleWatch stop working until we adapt. We do not promise any particular uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If a platform permanently closes off access, we will tell you plainly rather than pretend the feature still works.
9. Your content and our content
Your league data belongs to you and to the platform it came from. You grant us permission to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service. The HuddleWatch name, logo, site, and software belong to us, and these terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time, and you can delete your account from your settings page, which erases your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account without cause during a season you paid for, we will refund it.
11. Disclaimer and limit of liability
HuddleWatch is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that projections will be accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will fit any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to HuddleWatch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost league winnings, lost entry fees, or any outcome in your fantasy league. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will update the date at the top and email account holders. Continuing to use HuddleWatch after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the courts located there.
